Insight ("the Service") processes all payments through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Because Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record, all refund transactions are processed through Paddle. Paddle's terms and conditions apply to the payment and refund process. You may see "Paddle" or "Paddle.net" on your bank statement.
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the dashboard settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us separately.
