By using Insight ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Insight, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Insight connects to your Spotify account (via OAuth) to analyze your listening history and generate personalized insights. We only request the minimum necessary permissions and never store your Spotify credentials.
You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All data we collect belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time from the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5.1 Plans & Pricing
Insight offers a Free plan and a Premium plan. The Free plan provides limited daily messages and weekly token usage at no cost. The Premium plan is available as a monthly subscription at $9.99/month or an annual subscription at $79/year (equivalent to $6.58/month). Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes as determined at checkout. See our Pricing page for full details.
5.2 Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, which handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
5.3 Billing Cycle & Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be applied to the same payment method on file.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have Premium access until then. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period. After cancellation takes effect, your account will revert to the Free plan.
5.5 Resumption
If you have canceled your subscription but the current billing period has not yet ended, you may resume your subscription at any time from the dashboard settings. Resuming will cancel the scheduled downgrade and your subscription will continue as before.
5.6 Refunds
Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled through Paddle's refund policy. For full details, see our Refund Policy. In general, refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

5.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email and/or an in-app notification before the new price takes effect. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.
5.8 Free Plan Limits
The Free plan includes a daily message allowance and a weekly token usage limit. These limits may be adjusted over time. Usage beyond the allotted limits requires upgrading to Premium. Active engagement streaks may provide bonus capacity on the Free plan — see the dashboard for details.
5.9 Taxes & Currency
All listed prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location. The final amount charged may differ from the listed price due to applicable taxes and currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
